Supporting KIRAC
Donations through KIRAC.com go to Stichting KIRAF (Keeping It Real Art Foundation), KvK 97644307, and support KIRAC’s work. Our address and contact details are on the About KIRAC page.
Amount and annual renewal
You choose your yearly amount, starting at €50 or US $60, up to the maximum shown for your currency and payment method. The selected currency and total are shown before you pay. KIRAC does not add a payment surcharge. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion charges.
You authorise the selected amount now and the same amount every 12 months until you cancel. The first payment is made through Mollie’s secure checkout. Future payments use the payment authorisation you give there. Only methods available for annual renewal are offered.
We send a confirmation after a successful donation. You can see your donation and renewal status in Your account. We will not increase an existing recurring amount without your agreement.
You can change your yearly amount in Your account. An increase charges the difference now, then renews at the higher amount on your existing renewal date. A lower amount applies at the next renewal.
Archive access
We offer donors access to the film archive for 12 months after a confirmed donation. Each successful annual renewal continues that access. All donation amounts give the same access. Sign in with the email address you used to donate; we send you a sign-in code.
The archive is for personal viewing. Please do not share your account or redistribute films. Available titles may change. A donation does not commission a particular film, release date or editorial decision.
Cancel at any time
Go to Cancel your donation, sign in with your donation email address and stop the renewal. You can also do this in Your account. No phone call is required. If you cannot sign in, email support@kirac.com for help.
Confirmed cancellation stops future renewals. It does not reverse a payment that has already been initiated. Your archive access continues for the remainder of your confirmed donation period. The website shows whether cancellation is confirmed or still being processed.
Payment questions and statutory rights
If a payment is incorrect, duplicated or unauthorised, contact support@kirac.com. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law or your payment method’s rules.
Email and privacy
You can turn film announcements off in Your account or through the unsubscribe link in each announcement. This does not cancel your donation. Necessary sign-in and payment messages are separate. See our privacy notice for how we use your information.
